Nest 2 Me Store Returns Policy

Our store policy lasts 7 days from receipt of order delivery. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately this is outside of our store return period. For manufacturer faults after this time, please see our 'Warranty' page under 'Policy' on this website for direct manufacturer's details to assist.

Please Choose Carefully, as we are unable to offer returns for change of mind purchases

In the unlikely case of receiving an incorrect order which does not match the item type/size you ordered please contact us straight away. We will rectify the problem as soon as possible.


MANUFACTURING FAULT UPON ARRIVAL: In the unlikely case of a product arriving with a manufacturing fault or damage, please email to notify us of the problem as soon as possible so we can assist you and refer you onto the Warranty Department of the Manufacturer  (as per instructions from the manufacturer to do so) if required, to consider your options. Please notify us of the concern at: info@nest2me.com.au


To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same new condition that you received it and returned to us in Queensland within the 7 day time frame from the date your order arrived. It must also be packed carefully with all items, instructional booklet included, tags attached and be approved for exchange or refund prior. Your item will be assessed prior to any exchange item being granted. Please read below and email us at: info@nest2me.com.au

RETURNS CONDITIONS:

-You are responsible for checking over your item once received, prior to use
-You must notify us as soon as possible within 7 days, prior to it being worn or used in any way
-Due to the handmade nature of most of our products, we do not assume responsibility, nor do the manufacturers for small blemishes from common/normal wrap or material nubs or flaws which do not affect the use or integrity of the product.
- IMAGES: Although we do our best to provide a good representation of our products in the manufacturer's stock images, we are unable to guarantee that colours and designs shown on stock photos will be reflected exactly. Please note stock photos are  indicative of the products as a guide and may slightly vary in colour shade or positioning of design etc. due to computer screen settings, different lighting when the photo was taken and so on.
*If you are unsure, feel free to check with us first prior to ordering and we'll do our best to answer any questions you may have.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING APPROVED ITEMS TO US:

-Item/s must be returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery date (only once approved for return prior)
-To complete your return, we require your order number and details or receipt. An emailed photo of any faults may also be helpful when requesting an exchange via email prior to returning the item upon approval.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not hold responsibility for lost parcels. You may consider adding postage insurance to your return item. The product/s must be returned in original, secure packaging with tags and all items attached and included in a new 3kg Australia Post Satchel (for baby carriers and other large items) or 500g Satchel (for small accessories) with included tracking number emailed to us as soon as posted. Please ensure you have signed the satchel declaration at the bottom prior to posting. If exchanging for another similar product, you will need to supply another prepaid, self addressed 3kg Australia Post Satchel (for most baby carrier products) inside your parcel for us to post new exchange item back to you OR process an 'exchange postage payment' through our cart and we will purchase one for you at full price.

-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
-Exchange will only be offered for in stock items at the time of return and only once the above conditions are fulfilled

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods for return, including breastfeeding garments and underwear or similar.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order at a $15 re-stocking fee cost to you.
If you order has been packed/shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs: the product is not available/in stock (any payments will be refunded); your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; your full bank transfer payment is not received within 24 hours after acceptance of your order or layby finalisation due date (non-refundable deposit paid, forms layby cancellation fee) ; we have reason to believe that you are a reseller; there was an error in the price quote; we could not deliver to the address provided by you; you purchased more than one limited release item in a stocking (we have 1 per household limit for such high demand items); you purchased an item specifically designated for another purpose/geographic location (in the listing or collection); or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to block or refuse sale to any customer that Nest 2 Me deems, in its sole discretion, has attempted to abuse the process, including through use of programs or scripts that allow users to automate their order. We reserve the right to cancel the entire order for a customer suspected to be using any such program or script. We reserve the right to cancel in its entirety any limited release order that has multiple limited quantity products in the cart upon checkout or repeated ordering of the same item/s which may be deemed suspicious.

Warranty (all Tula products):

All Tula products, including Tula Wrap Conversions, Woven Wraps, and Ring Slings, have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or defect, we will work with you to provide you with a refund, repair, or exchange. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Are our products machine washable?
They sure are. We suggest spot cleaning regularly and washing only when necessary to extend the life of your carrier. When washing the Boba Carrier, use cold water, set your machine on the delicate cycle and hang dry. For the Boba Wrap, do it on delicate with cold water and tumble dry on low.

Defective and Flawed items:

What is covered under the first year warranty:

-Parts and materials including flawed or irregular printed fabric, webbing, buckles and snaps.
-Defective workmanship i.e. unraveling seams or missing snaps.

What is not covered under the first year warranty:
-Damages which arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions
-Beco products purchased from unauthorized retailers, or as second hand items
-Fading color due to sun or washing.

Washing instructions: Machine wash with mild detergent on delicate cycle. Air dry carrier. Spot clean as needed. Please avoid frequent washing.

WITHIN USA: Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace for free products purchased from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary.
