We want every family to be in love with their Tula carrier and enjoy it for those important bonding years of a child’s life. When you receive your Tula purchase, please check it very carefully before wearing and washing. We take great pride in the quality and beauty of our Tula carriers.

General Policies:

Proof of purchase from Tula Baby Carriers is necessary for all returns and exchanges.
Any item that has been used or washed will not be accepted for any return or exchange, unless the 1 year warranty described below applies.
Any item that has been altered in any way will not, under any circumstances, be accepted for return or exchange. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase.
Any item that has been purchased secondhand will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs: the product is not available/in stock (any payments will be refunded); your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after acceptance of your order; we have reason to believe that you are a reseller; there was an error in the price quote; we could not deliver to the address provided by you; you purchased more than one 'limited' item in a stocking (for items limited to 1 per household only); you purchased an item that is a current design and you are located outside of our Retail zone of Australia (as per our Tula retailer agreement); or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to block or refuse sale to any customer that Tula deems, in its sole discretion, has attempted to abuse the process, including through use of programs or scripts that allow users to automate their order. We reserve the right to cancel the entire order for a customer suspected to be using any such program or script. We reserve the right to cancel in its entirety any wrap conversion order or limited release order that has multiple limited quantity products in the cart upon checkout.

RETURNS

All Tula products, including Tula Wrap Conversions, Woven Wraps, and Ring Slings, have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects with Tula manufacturer (United States) directly. In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or defect, we will work with you to provide you with a refund, repair, or exchange. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Are our products machine washable?
They sure are. We suggest spot cleaning regularly and washing only when necessary to extend the life of your carrier. When washing the Boba Carrier, use cold water, set your machine on the delicate cycle and hang dry. For the Boba Wrap, do it on delicate with cold water and tumble dry on low.

Defective and Flawed items:

What is covered under the first year warranty:

-Parts and materials including flawed or irregular printed fabric, webbing, buckles and snaps.
-Defective workmanship i.e. unraveling seams or missing snaps.

What is not covered under the first year warranty:
-Damages which arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions
-Beco products purchased from unauthorized retailers, or as second hand items
-Fading color due to sun or washing.

Washing instructions: Machine wash with mild detergent on delicate cycle. Air dry carrier. Spot clean as needed. Please avoid frequent washing.

WITHIN USA: Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace for free products purchased from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary.

INTERNATIONAL: Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace products purchased from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary. Shipping fees both ways are covered by a customer.

Returned products must have an RMA number issued. Please contact our customer service at:
